Chicago protesters rally after no charges against officer in Ronald Johnson's killing

Organizers estimate that roughly 50 to 100 protesters marched and rallied on Chicago's South Side after authorities decided not to bring charges against a Chicago officer who fatally shot a 25-year-old man in 2014.
