Policy Institute fires back at Rauner over cartoon

It's a political cartoon that's gotten a lot of backlash and lead to a staff shakeup in Gov. Bruce Rauner’s office. The Illinois Policy Institute is taking heat from politicians who say the drawing is racist. Ted Dabrowski, from the Policy Institute tells us about the cartoon.
