Chicago lights the city pink for Breast Cancer Awareness Month

CHICAGO (FOX 32 News) - Every year in October, Chicago's skyline gets lit up pink at night to help raise awareness about the importance of breast exams and early detection.

But the lights don't happen on their own. The Chicago organization, The Lynn Sage Cancer Research Foundation, is behind  the "Light The Way to Find a Cure" campaign.

Valentine Ecker Klutznick, board member of the Lynn Sage Cancer Research Foundation, and Marcy Horwitz, a breast cancer survivor,  joined FOX 32 LIVE on GDC to talk more about the campaign.
