Fourth Annual Hoots & H'owls Halloween Fall Festival

CHICAGO (FOX 32 News) - If you're in the mood to bring on the Halloween spirit a bit early this year, look no further than the annual Hoots and Howls Festival in Randhurst Village!

The Mount Prospect festival is celebrating Halloween this Saturday. The fest will feature face painting, pumpkin decorating, a candy sculptor, live owls, stilt walkers, life-size sand sculptures , a pet costume parade and so much more!
