CHICAGO (FOX 32 News) - It's Chicago permanent pop up restaurant - Intro - where a new chef takes over every three months. And starting next Thursday, there will be a new chef in town!

Chef Stephen Gillanders makes his way here from New York City, where he worked under world renowned Jean-Georges for the last six years.
