Perspectives Charter students march for peace in schools, community

CHICAGO (FOX 32 NEWS) - At most schools, just one death is felt deeply.

But at Perspectives Charter Schools, the number is even more devastating.

In the last school year alone, nine students and alumni have been killed due to the violence in our city. Now, students are making a move to do something about it.

Perspectives Charter Schools CEO Rhonda Hopps and Emanuel Jones, a student at Perspectives High School of Technology, join Good Day Chicago talk about their third annual Peace March and how violence can disrupt learning environments.
