South Loop's Acadia awarded second Michelin Star
CHICAGO (FOX 32 News) - Bradley cooper's new movie "Burnt" shows the pressure restaurants face when it comes to the Michelin man. The Michelin Guide has been awarding restaurants 1, 2 or 3 stars since 1926. Receiving just one star is a high honor.
This year's ratings for Chicago restaurants came out last week, and the South Loop's Acadia went from a 1 Michelin star to 2 stars, a rare fete in the restaurant world.
Chef Ryan McCaskey of Acadia joined us LIVE on GDC to talk more about the honor.
