17-year-old Chicago girl missing from South Shore

SUN-TIMES MEDIA WIRE - Police are searching for a 17-year-old girl missing since Sunday from the South Shore neighborhood.

Varsharee Alexander was last seen Sunday in the 1400 block of East 68th Street, according to a missing person alert from Chicago Police. She is known to frequent the area near 109th Street and South Eggleston.

She is described as a 5-foot-2, 125-pound black girl with a medium complexion, brown eyes and black hair, police said. She was last seen wearing a yellow tank top and multicolored shorts.
