The successful candidate will perform the duties of an Automotive Service Writer/Advisor such as greeting the customer in the service drive, listening to customer needs; accurately document those needs and other concerns into the dealership ADP computer, and preparing Work Orders for the Technicians.
The process continues as the Technician performs the requested work and completes an inspection of the vehicles. It is the Service Writers responsibility to complete all necessary documentation and inform customer of the estimated cost of repair and other items that may have been discovered during the inspection. The Service Writer is responsible to determine the full repair/maintenance costs requested by the customer and monitor the repair process, keeping the customer informed of wait and completion time estimates.
This is a full time position with weekly salary and commission based upon sales, along with monthly commissions for achievement of performance and customer satisfaction target goals. The annual compensation estimate for this position is $60,000. Your quality skills can certainly improve that level.
