Blue Line service resumes at Grand after loss of power

CHICAGO (Sun-Times Media Wire) - Blue Line trains are stopping at the Grand station again after a power outage Saturday morning that lasted nearly three hours, the CTA said in an alert.
Shuttles were provided to carry passengers between the Chicago and Clark/Lake stations after the power went out just before 5:30 a.m., the CTA said. Normal service was resumed at 8:17 a.m.
No further information was immediately available.
