Chicago hotel offering rooms for $11.14 a night, starting Tuesday

You might be able to snag an awesome deal for a hotel room in Chicago.
The "Conrad Chicago" on Erie opened exactly one year ago on Tuesday. They are celebrating by offering guests the chance to stay the night for just $11.14.
There are limitations, though. Only about 400 rooms will be available for that price for stays between November 15th and March 31st.
