Cops: Man wanted for armed robbery on CTA Green Line train
SUN-TIMES MEDIA WIRE - Chicago Police are looking for a man who robbed someone at gunpoint on a CTA Green Line train in the South Side West Englewood neighborhood.
About 4:11 p.m. Aug. 1, the man pointed a gun at a male and demanded his phone, according to a community alert from police. The victim gave the man his phone before the suspect got off the train at the 63rd Street platform.
He was described as a 20 to 26-year-old black man, standing 5-foot-7 and weighing 165 pounds, police said.
