(FoxNews.com) - WWE and federal authorities are taking an alleged threat from the Islamic State plotting to attack Sunday’s pay-per-view event in Atlanta seriously.

The International Business Times reported Saturday Anonymous uncovered a terror plot from the extremist group to attack the U.S., Indonesia, Italy and Lebanon as well as Paris on Sunday. The hacktivist group reportedly said the target in the U.S. was the Philips Arena in Atlanta where WWE’s annual event Survivor Series will be held.

Anonymous later tweeted saying it didn’t know where the rumors of the attacks originated.

Nonetheless, the FBI said in a statement it is aware of an alleged threat from ISIS, but the bureau didn’t have “specific or credible information of an attack.”
