Flooding on Lower Wacker
CHICAGO - Major flooding closed parts of Lower Wacker overnight, near LaSalle on the southbound side of Lower Wacker.
Chicago police blocked all traffic at Garvey Court to Clark Steet as the water department tried to get a handle of the flooding.
It appears the water was coming out of the ground, but it is still unknown what caused the flooding.
