Kids now getting their first cell phone at age 10

(FOX 32 NEWS) - American kids now get their first cell phones when they are just 10-years-old.
And children from 0 to 8 now spend 48 minutes per day on a mobile device, reports Fox News. That's a shocking increase from just 13 minutes a day four years ago.
Psychologists say that increased screen time is linked to increased risk of depression.
Experts also warn that having a tablet or a smartphone means that children have pornography at their fingertips.
