Man charged after eating patrol car's seat while in custody
KEY WEST, Fla. (FOX 5 Atlanta) - A Florida man is facing additional charges for doing something a bit gross in the back of a police car.
Key West deputies arrested 37-year-old Melvin Stubbs for possession of cocaine on Thursday after deputies say they discovered 40 grams of the drug on his person.
On his way to jail, deputies say Stubbs "chewed up or ate" the seat of the patrol car.
Photos shared with news outlets shows Stubbs took some pretty big chunks out of the patrol seat.
He now faces charges of cocaine trafficking, resisting arrest, and property damage.
