Missing 13-year-old boy located

CHICAGO (SUN TIMES MEDIA WIRE) - A 13-year-old boy reported missing Friday from the Loop has been located.
Joseph Blackman had last been seen near Michigan Avenue, according to a missing person alert from Chicago Police.
Police said he has since been located, but did not provide additional details.
