Missing teen located by BART police, Amber Alert suspect detained

The Alameda County Sheriff Department issued a statewide Amber Alert July 24, 2018. 16-year-old Isabelle Epps was reported abducted by Antonio Aguilar Lizzarrag according to police.

HAYWARD (BCN) Alameda County sheriff's officials said they have found a 16-year-old girl who was allegedly abducted this afternoon from Hayward. 

As of 6:41 p.m. Isabelle Epps had been found safe by BART police at the Pleasant Hill/Contra Costa Centre BART station. 

Earlier this evening sheriff's officials said they located the suspect in the abduction. 

Antonio Aguilarelizarrag was found by Pittsburg police in his black 2005 Honda Ridgeline and stopped him. Epps was not with him.

Epps was allegedly abducted at about 2 p.m.
