CHICAGO (FOX 32 News) - Get ready for more construction around Wrigley Field.

The developers masterminding the so-called "Addison and Clark" project have cleared the last barrier to the project. Demolition on the area south of Wrigley should begin this spring.

The project is separate from the hotel that's being built on the other side of the intersection, where the Wrigley McDonald's once stood. That building was demolished on Monday.

The Addison and Clark development will include 148 apartments, 146,000 square feet of retail, and more than 400 indoor parking spaces.

Construction could be completed by 2018.
