CHICAGO (FOX 32 News) - A new year brings new dietary guidelines for Americans.

The federal government released the new guidelines last week that they recommend for following a healthy eating pattern.

Registered dietician and nutritionist Sara Haas joined us LIVE on FOX 32 News at Noon to explain what it all means.
