Skydiver will take plunge without parachute
(FOX 32 News) - A third-generation skydiver is taking a plunge you may find impossible.
This weekend, Luke Aikins is going to jump out of a plane at 25,000-feet with no parachute or wingsuit.
He says he is going to rely on wind currents and his own strength to get to his landing.
Aikins will be aiming for a 100-by-100-foot net suspended 200-feet above the ground in a Southern California desert.
He will be broadcasting his jump live on FOX this Saturday at 6 p.m.
