Victim gets gun from home invader, shoots and kills him

CHICAGO (Fox 32 News) - A resident shot and killed a person trying to break into their house, Chicago police said.

Two residents were in the home on the 5700 block of North Spaulding in the North Park neighborhood on Sunday morning when the offender broke in.

Police the offender had a gun, but that the residents were able to get it away from him. They shot and killed him.
