Woman shoved to ground, robbed by group on Near North Side

A woman was pushed to the ground and robbed Wednesday evening by a group of males on the Near North Side, Chicago police said.

The 30-year-old was confronted by the group about 7:40 p.m. in the 30 block of East Huron Street, according to police.

They took her bag before driving off in a dark-colored car.

The woman was taken to Northwestern Hospital for her injuries. She was in good condition, police said.

Area Central detectives are investigating.
