Woman with hearing impairment reported missing from Jeffery Manor

CHICAGO - A 40-year-old woman with a hearing impairment has been reported missing from Jeffery Manor on the South Side.
Angel Williams was last seen April 10 in the 2400 block of East 100th Street, Chicago police said in missing person alert.
She was wearing a blue coat, green shirt and blue jeans.
