Chicago could owe drivers millions for city sticker fines

There is a state law that limits the amount that cities can fine for parking and city sticker tickets. The city of Chicago continues to raise the price of it's tickets exceeding this cap, with some tickets costing drivers up to $400. A class action suit has been filed to get people who were overcharged some of their money back.
