Former Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich says he's on a legal quest for 'free, fair, honest elections'

Former Gov. Rod Blagojevich says the rights of Illinois voters are being taken from them, since he is not allowed to run for office -- and thus, voters are not given the chance to choose him.
