CHICAGO (FOX 32 News) - Oktoberfest is the world's largest beer festival that is held annually in Munich, Germany. The event brings in over 6 million people from around the world for the 16 day festival.
Well, not all of us can make it to Munich, but you can still experience Oktoberfest right here in Chicago! This week, the Berghoff Oktoberfest is happening in Federal Plaza.
The festival is free and features classic German food, beer, and live polka performances. Fourth-generation Berghoff owner and chef Carlyn Berghoff joined us LIVE on Good Day Chicago to share all the delicious details from the outdoor festival.
