Allison Pataki discusses third novel, 'Sisi, Empress on Her Own'

CHICAGO (FOX 32 NEWS) - New York Times bestselling author and Chicago resident Allison Pataki released her third novel, "Sisi, Empress on Her Own."

Daughter of former New York State governor George E. Pataki, Allison said she was inspired to write about Empress Elizabeth from Austria, also known as "Sisi,"  because of her family's deep roots in the former Habsburg empire of Austria-Hungary. 

Pataki joins the show to talk about her new book and concurrent mini-series.
