February is National Heart Health Month

CHICAGO (FOX 32 News) - Keeping your heart in good working order is so important that February has been designated as "Heart Health Month."

According to a report released by the American Heart Association, heart disease is now responsible for killing 1 out of every three Americans.

While we may know the basics when it comes to heart disease prevention like routine exercise, don't smoke  and eat a low fat diet, many of us don't know what we could be doing beyond that.
