Ray Kelly discusses new book 'Vigilance'

CHICAGO (FOX 32 News) - Ray Kelly was the longest running police commissioner in New York City history and is one of the highest regarded law enforcement leaders in the country, credited for developing a game plan for the city's post 9/11 anti-terror campaign.

Now, after 47 years in public service, Ray is speaking on his experiences in his newly released book titled "Vigilance."
