Samuel Adams founder talks Chicago craft beer scene

Jim Koch started his business more than 30 years ago, when there were hardly any craft brewers out there.

Now, the founder of Samuel Adams Beer wants to pass along what he's learned to anyone looking to enter into the industry.

Koch joins Good Day Chicago to talk about his new book, "Quench Your Own Thirst: Business Lessons Learned Over a Beer or Two," and dish his thoughts on the Chicago craft beer scene.

Koch will be at Binny's Beverage Depot, 1720 N. Marcey St., Wednesday from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. to give a reading from his new book and sign others.
