White cops, black communities: Where's the disconnect?

CHICAGO (FOX 32 News) -The headline has become too frequent. Young black men being killed by white police officers with Laquan McDonald being the latest example, right here in Chicago.

Professor Mike Jenkins from the University of Scranton, who’s written extensively about the disconnect between officers and black communities they police, joined Good Day Chicago to talk about it and the firing of Garry McCarthy.
