14-year-old boy shot in Austin

CHICAGO (SUN TIMES MEDIA WIRE) - A 14-year-old boy was shot in the Austin neighborhood Monday night.

The teen was in the 5600 block of West West End about 7:10 p.m. when someone shot him in the right foot, police said.

He was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital, where his condition stabilized, police said.
