17-year-old girl shot in torso in West Garfield Park
SUN-TIMES MEDIA WIRE - A 17-year-old girl was shot Wednesday afternoon in the West Garfield Park neighborhood.
At 2:14 p.m., the girl was standing in the 4700 block of West Gladys Avenue when someone in a gray or silver sedan fired shots, and she was struck multiple times in the torso, according to Chicago Police.
She was taken to Stroger Hospital in serious condition, police said.
