Chicago home search leads to felony charges, seizures of drugs and guns
CHICAGO - Three people are facing felony charges after investigators recovered firearms, drugs, ammunition and more than $14,000 during a search of a home in Chicago’s Wrightwood neighborhood.

What we know:
Cook County Sheriff's police and U.S. Department of Homeland Security investigators executed a search warrant Aug. 13 at a home in the 2700 block of West 84th Street. The search was connected to an investigation into the delivery of gun switches, devices that can convert guns to fully automatic fire.
Investigators said they recovered a package containing 10 switches, along with two guns, suspected cannabis, pills that field-tested positive for fentanyl, oxycodone and Xanax pills, a bottle of promethazine, ammunition and more than $14,000 in cash.
Three people were taken into custody following the search.
Rashaun Lee, 26, was charged with possession of a firearm by a repeat felony offender. Brasean Doss, 22, was charged with possession of more than 500 grams of cannabis, while 22-year-old Dawan Murry was charged with manufacture or delivery of fentanyl and possession of a controlled substance.
Authorities said Murry was also on probation for an aggravated fleeing case when he was arrested.
What's next:
During their detention hearings, Doss, of Chicago, and Murry, of East Chicago, Indiana, were ordered released from custody. Lee, of Chicago, was ordered held in Cook County Jail custody.
