Woman rescued from elevator in downtown Chicago

A woman was stuck in an elevator shaft in a building located in Chicago's Loop Thursday night.

CHICAGO - A woman became stuck in an elevator shaft in a building located in Chicago's Loop Thursday night.

The incident occurred in the 46-story building located at 235 W. Van Buren.

The woman was reportedly stuck somewhere between the 1st and 30th floor.

Chicago Fire said she was rescued without incident.
