4-year-old boy shot, critically wounded while traveling in vehicle in Humboldt Park
CHICAGO - A child was shot while traveling in a vehicle in Humboldt Park Tuesday afternoon.
At about 3:49 p.m., a four-year-old boy was traveling in a vehicle in the 3300 block of West North Avenue when he was shot in the back, police said.
He was transported to an area hospital in critical condition.
Area Five detectives are investigating.
