Man shot in Englewood
CHICAGO - A man was shot Thursday in Englewood on the South Side.
The 41-year-old was on the street about 7:30 p.m. in the 6400 block of South Aberdeen Street when someone opened fire, striking him the thigh, Chicago police said.
The man was taken to the University of Chicago Medical Center, where he was in good condition, police said.
Area One detectives are investigating.
