Man wounded in Lake View drive-by shooting
CHICAGO (Sun-Times Media Wire) - A man was wounded in a drive-by shooting near Lake Shore Drive in the North Side Lake View neighborhood Saturday morning.
The 27-year-old walked into Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center with a gunshot wound to the foot at 5:24 a.m., according to Chicago Police.
He told investigators he was walking westbound on Belmont near Lake Shore Drive when a vehicle approached and someone inside fired at him, police said. He was listed in good condition.
