North Side man arrested on gun charges
James Mather is charged with weapons violations after a search warrant was served on the North Side.
CHICAGO (Fox 32 News) - Chicago Police arrested a man on Friday after recovering a bunch of guns and drugs while serving a search warrant on the North Side.
The weapons, ammo, and narcotics were found on Thursday night in the 2900 block of North Western Avenue.
The suspect, James Mather, 33, was arrested the next morning. He is charged with felony possession of a firearm, along with several misdemeanor gun charges.
