Chuck E. Cheese: Free slices of Candy Corn Pizza every hour on the hour from 4 p.m. - 8 p.m. while supplies last at participating locations. Kids wearing costumes also get 50 free tickets.
Cicis: Free kid's buffet meal with purchase of an adult buffet and regular size drink for kids wearing costumes.
Dunkin Donuts: Costume contest via Instagram for a chance to be featured on a billboard in Times Square, a cash prize and year's supply of coffee.
IHOP: Free Scary Face Pancake for kids 12 and younger from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.
