Donald Trump said today he's "probably" down to two possible VP choices just days before the Republican National Convention in Cleveland.

In a sit-down with Bret Baier that will air tonight on Special Report at 6:00 ET, Trump said he's continuing to "narrow" it down to the final choice.

"I'm narrowing it down. I mean, I'm at three potentially four. But in my own mind, I probably am thinking about two," he said.

Trump's VP shortlist has reportedly been narrowed down to New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie, former House Speaker Newt Gingrich and Indiana Gov. Mike Pence. Trump and his family met Wednesday morning with Gov. Pence, followed by a talk with Gingrich. Sen. Jeff Sessions is also said to have traveled to Indiana to talk with Trump today.
