Wrongful death suit: Estate alleges sexual abuse by therapist

A therapist, who used to work in Chicago, is now named in a wrongful death lawsuit. It alleges that he sexually abused one of his patients, who was a minor, for several years while she was receiving mental health treatment downtown.  The victim died by suicide last year.  Kasey Chronis has the latest on the troubling allegations.

Growing calls for accountability against migrant

A grieving mom is calling on the Chicago police and the Cook County State's Attorney's Office to charge an undocumented migrant.  The man owns the car that caused the crash but says he was the passenger not the driver when it all went down.  Tia Ewing is hearing from another family that wants accountability.
