A joint investigation by the U.S. Postal Inspection Service and the Chicago Police Department led to the arrest of two individuals accused of stealing mail from a North Side apartment complex. On April 6, 2026, authorities took Jasmine Larkin, 38, and Eddie Boykin, 45, into custody near the 1100 block of West Winona Street after a postal customer reported suspicious activity.
