Aurora Mayor Richard Irvin concedes in Illinois GOP gubernatorial race

In a concession speech Tuesday, Richard Irvin criticized Gov. J.B. Pritzker’s “meddling” in the primary and wished Darren Bailey well in the general election after the Illinois state senator defeated five other Republicans to win the nomination.
