Nor'easter dumps snow across the East Coast

A nor’easter is pushing off the mid-Atlantic coast Tuesday morning and bringing snow to millions of people in the Northeast and southern New England, with forecasters warning that snowfall rates in the New York City tri-state area could approach 1-2 inches per hour throughout the morning commute.
