Ukraine pushing for more aid from its western allies

Ukraine is desperately seeking more assistance from its western allies as additional aid from the U.S. has stalled in Congress. This comes as its forces fall back, allowing Russia to push further into its territory. FOX's Lucas Tomlinson has the story.
