Emanuel calls gang threat against Chicago police 'unacceptable'

Mayor Rahm Emanuel is calling the alleged plot by gang members to shoot Chicago police "unacceptable.” It's a plot that came to light after the release of the videos of the shooting of Paul O'Neal.
