Chicago Police Officer helps reunite loose dog on Skyway with its family

A dog named Dougie was on the loose, running right in the middle of the Skyway near the state line. Two Skyway workers trailed behind him and eventually, the lure of an open car door stopped the pup. After that, Chicago officer Paul Woods helped reunite Dougie with his family.
