Lorenzo Davis speaks out on Chatman shooting

CHICAGO (FOX 32 News) - Video released Thursday shows a 2013 fatal shooting of a 17-year-old black carjacking suspect by a white Chicago police officer, though footage of the moment the teenager is shot doesn't clearly answer whether the teen turned toward the pursuing officers or was holding anything, as the officer who opened fire has said.

The Independent Police Review Authority ruled the shooting was justified. But, a former supervisor with the agency said the officer involved in the incident is dangerous and should be charged.

Lorenzo Davis knows the case inside and out. He joined us LIVE on GDC to explain why he thinks the shooting was unjustified.
